The above is the Santa Fe breakfast from Poco & Mom's here in Tucson. I had it with scrambled egg, carne asada, and sour cream sauce. Underneath it is a bed of blue corn tortilla chips. I don't know if there is such a thing as a standard "Santa Fe Breakfast" or if that's a name for a dish created at Poco's, but it's delicious. We plan on being in Santa Fe again soon so we might soon know. Photo taken 2026-10-04.
This is what I ordered at Irma's Restaurant, downtown Deming NM, 2026-09-13. It is the #1 combo meal, Christmas style (both red and green sauce). Chile relleno, enchilada, red beef chili, green pork chili. It was one of the best meals I've ever had in my life.
